What is the warranty policy on Bishop rotary machines?
All Bishop rotary machines come with a one-year limited warranty that covers all parts and labor. Please note that the warranty is voided if the machine has been tampered with or serviced by an unauthorized technician.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We strive to process all orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Can I return a machine if I have already used it?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any equipment that has been used or comes into contact with biological matter. Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I maintain and lubricate my Bishop machine?
To keep your machine running smoothly, we recommend using a small amount of mobile grease every 20-30 hours of use. Avoid using liquid oils as they can seep into the motor and cause permanent damage.
Which power supplies are compatible with Bishop machines?
Our machines are compatible with most standard tattoo power supplies. However, for optimal performance and voltage consistency, we highly recommend using a high-quality regulated power supply and genuine RCA cords.
