At Bishop Tattoo Supply, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sterilized needles and inks cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original box with all included accessories and documentation to ensure they are protected during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided shipping label or mail the package to our California warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
